OUR APPROACH

Our approach at PharmD Access is to identify and partner with attractive healthcare organizations,and provide these organizations with exceptional recruitment services.

We aim to develop a working partnership with each of our clients. “A working partnership” is not a hollow phrase to us, and this is clearly reflected in our commitment to delivering exceptional recruitment services.  We develop a thorough understanding of our clients’ resourcing needs, business goals,technology requirements and work culture.  Then we ensure that we keep up to date with changes in the organization and market.

The current market is evolving rapidly and we make it a point to have a strong grasp of technology and the marketplace in order to provide our clients with the advice and people resources they need to meet their business goals.

CANDIDATE RELIABILITY

The reliability of our candidates is paramount to the success of our service delivery.

For each staffing request, we work with our clients to define a comprehensive job profile, and to get a clear understanding of the core intrinsic characteristics that are expected in a candidate.  We meet with our clients to set a strategic plan in order to identify the best fit candidates available in the market.  Candidates are head-hunted from a variety of sources including searching our proprietary database of pre-screened candidates, directly head-hunting from our client’s competitors, conducting web-based searches for candidate profiles, seeking referrals from our network of specialist talent, as well as working with our advertisers and organizational partners.

Our Research Desk is dedicated to identifying, connecting with and conducting preliminary candidate telephone screens. Prior to being submitted to a client, every candidate is further screened for suitability through an in person meeting conducted by one of our specialized Recruitment Consultants.  Our rigorous pre-screening process investigates a candidate’s employment history and confirms roles, responsibilities, remuneration, reporting, development, and rehire status.

Our Research Desk is continually maintaining and expanding our proprietary database of candidates to ensure that we are partnered with the talent you need when you need it.
